Dongying Chenggong Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. ("Chenggong Petroleum", brand CGOT) was established in February 2004 with a registered capital of RMB 120 million. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the rule-based design and manufacture of fixed pressure vessels (Class A2), ASME-certified fabrication, industrial pipeline installation (Class GC1), boiler manufacturing (Class B) and modular component assemblies.

The company occupies a site of more than 70,000 m² with 23,000 m² of workshops, employs over 160 people — around 10% of whom are senior technical and management professionals — and achieves an annual production capacity of 30,000 tonnes with annual revenue exceeding RMB 300 million. CGOT has grown into a backbone enterprise of the petroleum equipment manufacturing cluster in Dongying, home of the Shengli Oilfield.

CGOT serves China's major energy groups — Sinopec, CNPC/PetroChina, CNOOC and PipeChina (National Pipeline Network) — and actively develops overseas markets: its products are exported to the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and more than 20 countries in total, earning wide recognition for reliable quality and professional service.

The company holds 100+ patents (24 inventions, 64 utility models), 1 software copyright, 3 CCC and 1 CQC product certifications and 8 registered trademarks. It has participated in drafting 2 national standards and maintains 3 enterprise standards. Honors include National "Little Giant" enterprise, Shandong "Gazelle" enterprise, provincial single-item champion, provincial First (Set) technical equipment enterprise, provincial green factory and Sinopec brand supplier.
