Smart Base

The "Intelligent Production Base for Oil & Gas Special Processing Equipment" in Dongying High-Tech Zone is the core engine of CGOT's leap in capability. Commissioned in July 2025 with a total investment of RMB 150 million, the base spans 47 mu (about 3.1 hectares) with 19,000 m² of buildings, integrating design, manufacturing and service — the company's formal entry into high-end "smart manufacturing" of oil & gas equipment.

Four non-standard automated production lines are supported by more than 170 sets of advanced machinery, including the FSHB-F pulse welding system, CNC pipe intersecting-line cutting machines and a microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine.

Welding robots run multiple weld seams simultaneously: under identical conditions they raise weld quality and energy efficiency while multiplying productivity four-fold. The outdoor test yard is served by MG 200t/50t gantry cranes for heavy component lifting, guaranteeing safe assembly and load-out of large vessels.

At full capacity the base produces up to 700 sets of oil & gas processing equipment per year with expected annual sales above RMB 225 million, adding around 100 jobs and strengthening Dongying's position as China's largest petroleum equipment cluster.
