What does CGOT manufacture?
Oil & gas surface-processing equipment: two/three-phase separators, water-jacket and vacuum phase-change heating furnaces, pig launcher/receiver skids, desulfurization towers, molecular-sieve dryers, chemical dosing skids, multifunctional storage tanks, electromagnetic heating skids, valve manifolds and process columns (deethanizers, depropanizers, stabilizers) — as single vessels or integrated skid packages.
Which design codes and certifications do you hold?
Class A2 fixed pressure vessel design & manufacture licence, ASME certification, Class GC1 industrial pipeline installation, Class B boiler manufacture, CNAS-accredited laboratory, 3 CCC + 1 CQC product certifications. CGOT is also a National "Little Giant" and national high-tech enterprise.
Can equipment be customised to our project?
Yes — full-parameter customisation: separator type and capacity (10,000–500,000 m³/d), pressure (0.1–15 MPa), materials (carbon/stainless/duplex steel), heater duty (50–2,000 kW), controls and instrumentation. Modular skids integrate the vessel, automation and valves on one frame, cutting installation time by about 70%.
Do you export? Which markets do you serve?
CGOT products are exported to more than 20 countries across the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa — including the associated-gas recovery project in the Republic of the Congo. Skids are engineered to road/sea/air transport limits, with English and Russian documentation available.
Who are your main clients?
Sinopec (Shengli, Jianghan, Northwest, Northeast oilfields), CNPC/PetroChina, CNOOC and PipeChina. CGOT is a Sinopec brand supplier and was ranked No. 1 in Jianghan Oilfield's 2026 oil-production equipment tender.
What is the typical delivery scope?
From a single code vessel to a turnkey skid: design, fabrication, factory testing, delivery, installation supervision, commissioning and operator training, plus PLC/DCS remote support afterwards.
How is quality assured?
Code-based engineering, CNAS-accredited in-house testing, robotic welding on automated lines, servo-hydraulic universal testing machines and third-party audits (Sinopec HSE). The company holds AAA credit and green-factory certifications.
