Company founded
Founder Cheng Yingchang starts the company in Dongying — the heart of China’s largest petroleum equipment manufacturing cluster — with a handful of workers in a rented yard.

Pressure vessel licence obtained
First pressure vessel manufacturing licence — the foundation of the company’s core competence.
- 2015–2016
Upgrade to Class A dual licences
Counter-cyclical investment during the oil-price downturn upgrades the company to Class A2 design-and-manufacture qualifications.

Shandong First (Set) Technical Equipment
Unmanned high-temperature oil & gas processing equipment certified as provincial first-of-its-kind technical equipment.
- 2024
National "Little Giant"
Selected as a national specialised-and-innovative "Little Giant" enterprise; provincial industrial design centre recognised the same year.
- 2025
Smart manufacturing base commissioned
RMB 150 million intelligent production base in Dongying High-Tech Zone reaches completion: 700 equipment sets/year capacity. Products now exported to 20+ countries including the Republic of the Congo.

No. 1 bid ranking at Jianghan Oilfield
Ranked first in Sinopec Jianghan Oilfield oil-production equipment tendering — confirming the company’s standing in its core market.
