Every vessel is engineered to Chinese special-equipment regulations (Class A2 fixed pressure vessels) or the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code for export projects; industrial pipelines follow Class GC1, boilers Class B.
The in-house testing centre is accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment and recognised as a machinery-industry green laboratory — covering material verification, weld inspection and pressure testing.
Microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machines, CNC pipe intersecting-line cutting and the FSHB-F pulse welding system keep tolerances tight; robotic welding delivers repeatable, high-integrity seams.
CGOT passed Sinopec HSE supplier audits, is a Sinopec brand supplier and "Top Ten Excellent Supplier" of Northwest Oilfield, holds an AAA credit certificate and provincial green factory / green supply chain recognition.
