Electromagnetic Heating Skids
Flameless skid-mounted induction heating for crude, heat-transfer oil and water: electromagnetic induction makes the vessel or pipe itself the heating element — fast, uniform, maintenance-free heating for explosion-rated zones where open flame is not an option.
Working Principle
An induction coil generates an alternating magnetic field that induces eddy currents in the metal wall of the tank or pipeline, which heats the internal medium directly — no burner, no flue.

- The medium — crude, thermal oil, water — heats rapidly and uniformly.
- No open flame: intrinsically suited to explosion-proof zones.
