Working Principle

Streams from multiple wells merge into headers and are routed by the valve group to downstream units, under PLC supervision with full safety interlocks.

1. Centralised collection: multi-well streams merge through branch lines into the main header.
2. Intelligent regulation: pressure transmitters, flowmeters and actuators let the PLC hold flow and pressure or execute emergency shut-off.
3. Safety interlocks: relief, vent and emergency shut-down valves act automatically on overpressure or abnormal conditions.
